By accessing or using PixFocal's website (www.pixfocal.com) and web application (app.pixfocal.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

PixFocal provides an AI-powered ghost mannequin photography service that transforms product photos into professional images. Our service includes image processing, ghost mannequin effect generation, and related tools for ecommerce product photography.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PixFocal offers subscription-based plans with credits for image processing. By subscribing:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
  • Unused credits may roll over depending on your plan
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI technology
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload. The processed output images are yours to use for your business purposes. PixFocal retains ownership of its technology, software, website content, branding, and all related intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixFocal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
